To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging.
To initiate an exchange, please email the image of the product, along with the original tags and packaging, to email@example.com. Our dedicated customer support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 working days. If the exchange is approved, our logistics team will arrange a pick-up from your original delivery address. Please ensure that the goods are ready with all the original tags and packaging.
